The word “Cascahuín”, a distinctive sign of our company, and the idea of its founder Salvador Rosales Briseño, arises from the pre-Hispanic roots whose interpretation is “Cerro de Luz” or “Fiesta en el Cerro”
100% of Agave rests in spent American oak barrels and used for tequila for more than 20 years, the maturation or rest time lasts from 6 to 8 months in the barrels.

Color: Clean and bright giving a straw yellow natural color of the worn barrel.
Aroma: Fragrance of cooked agave and small aromas of honey and vanilla, followed by notes of dry land without losing the characteristic of agave.
Flavor: Balanced flavors of sweet, cooked agave and wood (American oak) are denoted, this results in a pleasant combination with a silky finish.
